By downloading, installing, or using SubTrackr ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SubTrackr is a personal subscription tracking application. It allows you to manually record your subscriptions, view spending summaries, and receive renewal reminders. The App operates entirely on your device and does not connect to external servers or financial institutions.
SubTrackr is a tracking tool only. The App does not provide financial advice, investment guidance, or recommendations about whether to keep or cancel any subscription. All financial decisions are your own responsibility.
Subscription prices and details displayed in the App's pre-loaded templates are approximate and may not reflect current pricing. You are responsible for verifying and updating subscription amounts. The Developer is not liable for any inaccuracies in pre-loaded template data.
All data you enter into SubTrackr is stored locally on your device. The Developer does not have access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your SubTrackr data. Deleting the App will permanently delete all data stored within it.
SubTrackr offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. The Developer does not process payments directly.
SubTrackr, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Praneeth. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without prior written consent.
Subscription service names, logos, and trademarks referenced in the App's template library belong to their respective owners. SubTrackr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any subscription service listed in the App.
SubTrackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed renewal dates, incorrect spending calculations, or lost data.
You may stop using SubTrackr at any time by deleting the App from your device. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
